Merging three sales intranets into one
Merging three fragmented sales intranets into a single platform, built and tested with field teams.
An information architecture co-built with users, which reached an excellent usability rating in testing.
In short
“Before, you just called a colleague, there was always someone who knew. Now, there's nobody left who knows anything.”, branch manager
For sales teams in branches, finding a piece of information had become a real obstacle course. Three different intranets, duplicate content, search engines that worked one time out of two: everyone juggled between sites, or ended up asking around.
For eight months, we worked with these teams to bring the three sites together into a single platform. Users took part in every step: scoping workshops, card sorting to build the information architecture, then tests on the mock-ups.
